  10. I recently sent all of my NRA money to the JFPO.  I also return all
  11. solicitations from the NRA with a note explaining I now send their
  12. money to the JFPO because they understand and promote the _real_
  13. reason for private gun ownership which has nothing to do with
  14. hunting or so-called "sporting uses."

  59. right to be armed, we responded to U.S. Senator Larry Craig's
  60. request for an advance copy of LETHAL LAWS.  Sen. Craig, from Idaho,
  61. said he was moved by my talk to the NRA Board during the NRA
  62. convention in Minneapolis, at end-May.

  64. A member of Sen. Craig's staff told us he read LETHAL LAWS.  But in
  65. the debates on the recently-passed "gun control" law, Mr. Craig did
  66. not once use LETHAL LAWS.  But in the debates on the recently-passed
  67. "gun control" law, Mr. Craig did not once use LETHAL LAWS to educate
  68. other Senators that "gun control" promotes genocide, not public
  69. safety.  Mr. Craig simply repeated the time worn-out words about
  70. Second Amendment rights, etc. etc.  We thought Mr. Craig wanted to
  71. preserve our civil right to be armed and would eagerly highlight the
  72. link between "gun control" and genocide.  We were wrong.  YOU MAY
  73. WANT TO ASK SEN. CRAIG TO TELL YOU WHY HE IGNORED _LETHAL LAWS_,
  74. THUS GIVING UP HIS BEST CHANCE TO PERSUADE HIS SENATE COLLEAGUES
  75. THAT "GUN CONTROL" IS A VILE CONCEPT THAT HAS NO PLACE IN AMERICA.
